To assist delegates travelling to and from the conference, airport transfers will be available during designated arrival and departure windows.
Please note that transfers will only be available within these scheduled windows. Delegates arriving or departing outside these times will need to make their own transport arrangements.
Arrival Transfers
Airport transfers will operate during the following times:
Monday, 27 July: 09:00–18:00
Tuesday, 28 July: 07:00–13:00
Airport Meeting Point: Outside the terminal building (pick-up area).
Arrival Drop-off Locations: On Monday, delegates will be dropped off either at their accommodation or at the university, as requested. On Tuesday, all delegates will be dropped off at the university.
Departure Transfers
Airport transfers will operate during the following times:
Thursday, 30 July: From 17:00 onwards
Friday, 31 July: 07:00–12:00
University of Botswana Meeting Point for Airport Departures:
Please note that on Thursday and Friday, all departure transfers will leave from the university.

Please note that only one 14-seater vehicle will be operating. You may need to wait for the driver while another journey is in progress. The journey between the airport and the conference venue/accommodation takes approximately 30 minutes each way (around 1 hour for a return trip).
